Wastewater Treatment

Separatore03

Wastewater treatment is a process designed to treat water that it is no longer needed or is no longer suitable for use into bilge water,

so it can be recycled safely back into the environment but, this process often face a common set of production issues among them:

  • The presence of oil and grease in wastewater treatment process can damage the pump system and clog the pipes.
  •  Incomplete wastewater treatment due to organic overloading.
  • Low oxygen concentration and low hydraulic detention time of the wastewater system.
  • High algae or Sulphur bacteria growth.
  • Many of the wastewater treatment equipment (pumps, pipes, valves, maintenance materials) are contaminated by hydraulic oil also known as soluble oil.
