Cooling Water System

There are many types of cooling and boiler plants. Chem treats each type. The main problems are scaling - corrosion and biological fouling.

Deposition problems caused by sedimentation of corrosion products or precipitation of crystalline as by suspended solid in water will restrict heat transfer and will cause under-deposit corrosion. At same time will cause a flow rate reduction. Also, fire side in high pressure boilers should be treated with adequate chemicals.
